Our Story

 

About Us: 

After retiring from careers in southeast Michigan, Gary and Barbara decided to move north to the beautiful Leelanau Peninsula near Traverse City.  Gary (aka Moose) was introduced to golf as a teen by his father, and has been an enthusiast ever since.  Barbara is a nationally recognized pastel artist and an avid plein air painter.  They began spending more time enjoying the things they were passionate about...and then Moose had an idea!  Together they formed Statement Divot Tools LLC, and began to design, patent, produce, and launch their dream company.

Statement Divot Tools is the proud producer of premium "State" themed golf divot tools.  Our magnetic divot tools are milled from bronze and made in the USA.  Unique and collectible, owners will enjoy personalizing them further with their own ball markers representing hometowns, specific courses, Company logos, sports teams, and Universities.
